Care Note for Lapinpin Clothes: It is always best to hand wash Lapinpin clothes. In a situation where hand washing is not possible, please turn Lapinpin's clothes to the wrong side, place each piece in a mesh bag and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with light colours. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean. Iron on low heat.

We accept iBanking and online card payment with MasterCard or VISA or payment via PayPal. All payments are being handled in a safe, quick and easy way and all your financial information (like your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on PayPal's servers. At Lapinpin, we make sure our little bunnies and their mommies and/or daddies receive their orders as soon as possible. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, orders may arrive later than expected. Please do check “MY ACCOUNT” for your order status.

Delivery methods: Delivers within Singapore will be done by registered mail with a tracking number. It costs a flat fee of Singapore Dollars 3.25. If you like your order to be delivered by a courier, please contact us directly at  concierge@lapinpin.com.

International Delivery: We are happy to ship to any part of the world! Please contact us at  concierge@lapinpin.com for a quotation to ship to your location. Please also note that shipping rates or prices quoted by lapinpin.com are not inclusive of import fees or any duties or taxes that may be imposed at destination country. You may have to pay for these additional charges in order to receive your shipment.

Delivery Days: We ship 3 business days within receipt of payment. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customer to note upon dispatch: All packages will be shipped uninsured and Lapinpin’s liability ends once acceptance of the package by the post office or courier service. Lapinpin cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchange Policies
If you have received faulty goods, or your goods are not as ordered, please send an email to exchange@lapinpin.com with the following information:

You will receive an exchange notice with instructions within 24 hours on what to do next and our return address. Please do not send any returns without an exchange notice. 

You must notify us within 5 days for an exchange from the date of your shipping invoice. 

All items to be exchanged must reach us within 14 days, from the day of your shipping invoice.

Goods to be exchanged must be received in new, unwashed and unworn condition with all tags attached, in original and complete packaging.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear is not considered faulty goods. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If it cannot be repaired and the same items are no longer in stock, we will give you a full refund.

Please note we are only able to exchange faulty items in the same products and size, if the said items is not available we will offer you a full refund instead.

We reserve the right to refuse the goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.
